VITAL SUITE POLICIES

1. Reservations for all suites must be secured with a major credit card. Reservations not secured by deposit or credit card will be cancelled at 6pm the date of the reservation. If you cancel your reservation not less than 24 hours prior to your scheduled arrival, we will not charge your credit card. Reservations cancelled less than 24 hours prior to scheduled arrival will result in a minimum charge of $25 placed on your credit card. Payment with personal checks will require approval from management and you must have a major credit card as proof of funds.


2. Our check-out time is 11:00 A.M., we do need to enforce this rule in every case. Our check-in time is 4:00 P.M. Should you arrive early, please be prepared to enjoy our facilities until your room is ready.

3. We do not allow any animals on the grounds or in the rooms.

4. Guests must be 21 to register for all suite accomodations.
NO CHILDREN PLEASE.
